I have had four weeks away from blogging and some social media to recharge my batteries and spend time toilet training my two beautiful puppies Bronte and Blaise.
I forgot how distracting puppies could be so only for through six books in my time off; A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara, The Toymakers by Robert Dinsdale, Origin by Dan Brown, The Ornatrix by Kate Howard, The House Across The Street by Lesley Pearse and The Final Testimony of Raphael Ignatius Phoenix by Paul Sussman. All the books had been on my shelves for a while so it was satisfying to finally get to read them. I will post my reviews in the next couple of weeks.
My first blog post tomorrow is part of the blog tour for The After Wife by Cass Hunter. I look forward to sharing my reviews again and hearing your thoughts. See you tomorrow.
Bronte and Blaise, the reason for my time away and reduced reading.
