I am so excited that Charlie has asked me to do the cover reveal for his new book Our Writes In The North.  Living in the North East and being a book lover it is great to see how many amazing authors live in my region.  As well as the cover reveal I also have details on the book below, I am thrilled to play a small part in the promoting this book.

Charlie Pearson Biography

Charlie Pearson is an upcoming author and actor based in Durham In The North East of England.  Charlie has recently filmed the last ever episode of TV show Inspector George Gently alongside Martin Shaw, and has appeared in many shows over the years. Charlie has been writing from the age of 11 and was inspired to write by North East Author Sheila Quigley. Charlie’s debut Publication “Our Writers In The North” is due to be realised in Autumn 2017.

A new 10 part series of 30 minute episodes is due to debut later this year, in the run up to the realise of Our Writers In The North, The series will be presented and hosed by Charlie Pearson and Jacky Collins, the series has been given the green light and we hope to start recording in August 2017! We have over 15 World Famous Authors on board with the project so far and the first episode, which is a special, has been cast, featuring the North East Femme Fatal; Sheila Quigley, Eileen Wharton, K.A Richardson and Danielle Ramsay!

So why did you decide to write Our Writers In The North?

From a young age I have been fascinated with crime fiction as well as writing, i really enjoy attending Crime fiction events, Author Panels as well as regular author meet ups, I have many messages from all over the country saying how much people would love to attend these events but can’t, so it gave me the idea of writing Our Writers In The North, to give an Exclusive behind the scenes look at the person behind the book!
